Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Finance Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that cargo billing for the assigned regions are performed on a timely basis by stations.
• Queries or issues relating to billing are resolved promptly.
• Ensure that Head Office airway bill stock transactions are actioned promptly 
• Ensure that the outsourced vendor maintains a high level of professional competence in sales audit and that there is no revenue leakage for the assigned regions.  
• Ensure monitoring and timely clearance of various suspense accounts.
• Coordinate and drive implementation of Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) for stations as and when required.

Requirements



• Possess a Diploma, preferably with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Fresh diploma holders with no experience are welcome as well.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 
• Good communication skills
